Thanks to the PWC team for a PEARLfect💗💚 weekend! Blush seems to still be the #1 choice for brides and when a bride tells you she loves pearls... you give her what she likes 💙! The ultimate goal for any entrepreneur, is for your team to be able to stand on their own and this weekend the PWC team did just that! They decorated and executed the entire event and did an awesome job 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I always keep this picture as a reminder of how PWC started. That lil one, in the front is my ace from the loo(Tougaloo). I shared a vision, she jumped on board and we've been soaring high since 2008! Well today is Karen’s birthday! This young lady and I have cried together, yelled at each other , hid in the bushes together 😂, begged our parents to please let us go to Mandingo Fest in Hattiesburg, just to get lost and miss the curfew to return home! We've traveled together- in either my ‘95 Corsica or that Lincoln that looked like a ole skool funeral limo and we rode that thang until the wheels came off! We’ve snuck to the club together and almost missed our Dallas Choir trip! We’ve done it all!!! But most of all we've laughed, laughed and laughed!!!! She keeps me in check... She tells me, " now friend you were wrong" and I always respond "are you sure" 😂 but then I listen! She's always been there for me and PWC! We got married the same year, moved out of state at the same time (flew or drove to visit each other by ourselves )and moved back to Mississippi within the same week....that's true friendship and a God given connection! So help me wish my girl, the Executive of Training and Lead Coordinator a Happy Birthday!!! Smooches- I hope it’s been a good one!

I’m so blessed to have great people on my team and this young lady is the hardest working woman on the team. If I can’t make an event but she can, I have no worries! With each client, she gives her ALL to ensure they have the perfect day! She’s caring, particular, patient, compassionate(more so than I) understanding... sometimes I find her crying with clients, running holding their dress, holding umbrellas... doing what needs to be done and that why ALL our clients love her. She’s also the life of the party, she keeps us laughing! She’s the Lead Coordinator for PWC and the title is well deserved! This how you know the music was on POINT when the DJ and the Security dancing! The only thing security was securing was the dance floor and the DJ wasn’t spinning no records... but he was spinnng those feet!!! Another great event for the books!
